Absolutely not, we strive to have it setup prior to your rental period, in the rare event it's not ready to go by your event start time we will extend your rental to give you the rental time you paid for

Our bounce houses and inflatables are clean and well maintained. It will be necessary for an adult to be in direct supervision of inflatables at all times. By following basic safety rules all children will be safe and have a great time. We do not provide supervision; it is up to the renter to provide or obtain adult supervision during the rental period.

All deposits are $50. This holds and guarantees your rental for the date and time that you pick. Deposit is due when reservation is made and invoice is sent. Deposits are non-refundable - BUT can be used to secure a different date!

It is important to note that not all inflatables are designed for water use. If you wish to use water on an inflatable, you must specifically rent one of our water-compatible units, such as the water slide that is designed for wet conditions. We strictly prohibit the use of water on dry inflatables as it can damage the material and pose safety risks. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please do not use water on a non wet inflatable or a damage fee may be incurred.

Our professional delivery and installation service ensures that each inflatable is set up correctly and securely at your chosen location. This also allows us to inspect the equipment on-site for any possible issues and provide you with safety guidelines to ensure everyone enjoys a fun and safe experience.

We use Square for all our invoicing. Square accepts almost all major card brands. Reach out to us if there is any other form of payment you would like to use and we will try our best to work with you.
