Our bounce houses and inflatables are clean and well maintained. It will be necessary for an adult to be in direct supervision of inflatables at all times. By following basic safety rules all children will be safe and have a great time. We do not provide supervision; it is up to the renter to provide or obtain adult supervision during the rental period.

All deposits are $50. This holds and guarantees your rental for the date and time that you pick. Deposit is due when reservation is made and invoice is sent. Deposits are non-refundable - BUT can be used to secure a different date!

It is important to note that not all inflatables are designed for water use. If you wish to use water on an inflatable, you must specifically rent one of our water-compatible units, such as the water slide that is designed for wet conditions. We strictly prohibit the use of water on dry inflatables as it can damage the material and pose safety risks. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please do not use water on a non wet inflatable or a damage fee may be incurred

At OkieBouncers, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers, which is why we do not offer a self-pickup option for our inflatables. Our professional delivery and installation service ensures that each inflatable is set up correctly and securely at your chosen location. This also allows us to inspect the equipment on-site for any possible issues and provide you with safety guidelines to ensure everyone enjoys a fun and safe experience.

We use Square for all our invoicing. Square accepts almost all major card brands. Reach out to us if there is any other form of payment you would like to use and we will try our best to work with you

If the forecast predicts severe weather, such as high winds (exceeding 20mph), heavy rain, or lightning on the day of your event, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel for safety reasons. We closely monitor the weather and will proactively contact you to discuss the best course of action. If cancellation is necessary due to weather, we offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your rental for a future date at no extra charge. Your peace of mind and the safety of all participants are paramount, ensuring every bounce brings fun without compromising safety.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable and may affect your outdoor events. If it rains and you need to change the time of your party on the same day, please contact us as soon as possible. We make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs and will work with you to find an available time slot that fits within your adjusted plans. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and we recommend that you inform us at the earliest opportunity to ensure the best possible outcome for your event. Your satisfaction and the fun experience of all attendees are our top priorities.

Please ensure there is ample space for the inflatable(s), with a flat surface cleared of rocks, sticks, glass, pet waste, and other debris. Avoid low-hanging branches, power lines, or any obstacles that could hinder setup. If there are specific setup instructions or desired locations, please inform us beforehand.

We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, dirt, or the street
